Most fathers drop their children off at sporting events and activities, only returning to collect them again at the end. But Dads & Lads is different.

It's a project that encourages dads, father figures and mentors to leave the taxi on the rank, get onto the pitch with their sons and daughters, and join in the fun!
Dads & Lads was developed to help fathers and children deepen their relationships through sharing an activity together. Once the activity is over, the fun can continue as the participants are encouraged to chat about what being a dad, father figure, son or daughter means to them.

Watch out, there's a Dad on the pitch!
Dads & Lads encourages fathers and father figures to get involved whether on a football pitch, or with other sporting activities - but it doesn't have to involve sport at all. The types of shared activity that can be used to draw dads and children together are endless. How about kite flying, fishing or cookery classes?
