YMCA England: Helping young people build a future

Team YMCA are gearing up for this year's Virgin London Marathon on Sunday 17 April. We have a limited number of charity places in the Marathon and have 24 runners registered.

This year has a truly international feel as runners will be coming from as far afield as the USA, Trinidad and Tobago, Italy, Egypt and China.

The Team are busy training in preparation for the big day when they will cover 26.2 miles around central and east London, cheered on by YMCA staff and volunteers. So far they have collectively raised around £15,000 to help our vital work with vulnerable young people across England.

Last year, our team of 21 runners successfully raised over £30,000 for the YMCA.
