The YMCA Youth Matters Awards is held every year to celebrate the transformational work YMCAs do, honour the young people who have made exceptional progress and to say ‘thank you’ to the staff and volunteers that have made it possible.

This year’s awards are going to be bigger and better than ever before with more awards, celebrity guests, drinks reception and performances from talented young people from across YMCA.

Attended by more than 280 YMCA staff, young people, donors and supporters, last year’s event:

  • trended on Twitter and had four million impressions reaching one million people
  • featured in the media 33 times, reaching just under 500,000 people.
