£23,250 per annum plus pension and benefits
Are you experienced in supporting people with multiple and complex needs? Supporting them in one or more of the following needs? Homelessness. Mental health, substance misuse, domestic abuse and offending behaviour.
Your success as a Multiple Complex Needs Worker will be measured by your ability to support and signpost people to stabilize their complex needs and overcome barriers to education, training and employment Ultimately, success in this role will result in people living healthier, happier and more stable lives.
You will apply your caring, motivating and professional attitude to engage, and build trust and rapport with people within our services.
You will support each person with initial diagnostic assessments which may include a range of planned activities. You will identify barriers to support, and help our clients to overcome them and develop. You will be able to demonstrate experience of meeting challenging key performance indicator targets.
