- Salary: £19,000 to £20,375 Salary (Full Time)
- Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re looking for someone with professional experience of work with vulnerable young people to join us as a Keyworker / Coach.
The core of the role is to work with a caseload of young adults (aged 16 to 30), coaching them in achieving agreed goals.
The role also includes covering as part of a rota providing drop in support and interventions.
Transferable experience is essential, as is experience of reacting well in difficult situations.

You’ll be joining a small staff team – there are around 20 of us all together, working in a range of roles. We’re all passionate about the work that we do, and we’re particularly suited to people who want to put something back and improve the lives of some of Doncaster’s most vulnerable young people.
