Key College is an OFSTED rated ‘Good’ education provider operating within Derby city and Derbyshire. We deliver a range of study programme and alternative provision courses over five centres. As Learning Coach you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of training programmes to groups of learners ensuring that learning outcomes are met.
This will involve planning, preparing and delivering training sessions, developing innovative training resources that will engage learners and creating individual learning plans.
We would prefer you to have the following but please apply anyway if you have the right experience:-
- AET (Award in Education and Training) or equivalent
- D32/33, A1 or TAQA 3 qualification or commitment to achieving within six months
- Experience of working with disaffected 16 – 19 year olds
- Experience of coaching and supporting young people to secure positive outcomes.
