Due to our exciting expansion programme of our Settled Care provisions, we are now recruiting for a number of key roles that will be based in one of our new children’s homes in Nottingham.

Residential Social Care Workers
Full Time 37.5 hours per week, shift pattern to include days, evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays and inclusion in the on-call rota. Some lone working will be required. Casual / Bank roles also available
Your role as a Residential Social Care Worker will be to provide care and support to children and young people living in our residential homes.
You will work with the children every day to increase their social skills, education, health and independence, as well as improve that they develop confidence and emotional well-being. You will ensure that they are safeguarded at all times whilst in your care. You will also plan and join in with activities, attend meetings and undertake practical work such as writing reports, keeping daily records and completing routine health and safety checks.
Our ideal candidate will have the Diploma 3 Health and Social Care qualification, have experience of working in residential care and have an understanding of working in a regulated setting. You must be able to take part in physical activities with the children. A full driving licence is desirable, though not essential. Your written work should be of a good standard and you must be able to follow policies and procedures.
