YMCA Federation Strategy
The Federation Strategy contains the goals that were jointly-developed by member YMCAs and sets out what we aim to accomplish collaboratively as a Federation across England and Wales. It captures the work that is best done if we work together and is intended to complement member YMCAs’ own strategic plans and local work by making use of our national footprint and collective ability to help more people in more communities.
